CJ is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and Enterprise Account Executive at Siemens. Throughout his career, he has led complex operational, industrial, and infrastructure initiatives across commercial, municipal, and federal environments — spanning leadership of large teams, enterprise sales, operational improvement, and long-term value creation.
As a Senior Chief, CJ led a 137-person engineering department aboard a U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer and served as Acting Command Master Chief for a 360-person crew. In the private sector, he has generated more than $20 million in commercial, industrial, and federal opportunities while building expertise in leadership, business operations, and capital allocation.
