Chelvis “CJ” Marshall

Founder · Operator · Business Builder

CJ is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and Enterprise Account Executive at Siemens. Throughout his career, he has led complex operational, industrial, and infrastructure initiatives across commercial, municipal, and federal environments — spanning leadership of large teams, enterprise sales, operational improvement, and long-term value creation.

As a Senior Chief, CJ led a 137-person engineering department aboard a U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer and served as Acting Command Master Chief for a 360-person crew. In the private sector, he has generated more than $20 million in commercial, industrial, and federal opportunities while building expertise in leadership, business operations, and capital allocation.

“Once alerted to the situation, the officers and crew of USS Hue City fought the fire ably and professionally, displaying tenacity, teamwork and dedication.”
U.S. Navy investigating officer · USS Hue City (CG 66), April 14, 2014

As a Gas Turbine Systems Technician aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City, CJ was one of six sailors awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for fighting an at-sea fire that spread across five decks. The crew contained the blaze in just over an hour with no injuries — recognized by Fleet Forces Command for “quick reaction and effective firefighting.” Navy Times coverage →
